We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization. We collect technical identifiers, restaurant operational data, and menu configurations necessary for service delivery. All data is scoped to your organizational account.

2. Global Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

MY MENU is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We provide comprehensive tools for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and the right to be forgotten.

3. Enterprise-Grade Security

Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. We conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to ensure the integrity of your menu data.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This excludes trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
