Contractual Acceptance
By initializing an account with MY MENU Global Systems, your organization enters into a legally binding agreement. These terms govern the professional deployment of our digital catalog infrastructure across your hospitality properties.
Usage Governance
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the MY MENU platform for professional restaurant management. Unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution of our proprietary catalog systems is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All platform architecture, design tokens, and source code are the exclusive property of MY MENU Global Systems. User-uploaded assets (menu images, descriptions) remain the property of the User, granted under license for platform display.
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for Enterprise tier customers. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. Emergency hotfixes are deployed to maintain system integrity without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
MY MENU Global Systems, its subsidiaries, and its officers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or speculative damages resulting from platform utilization. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the twelve-month period preceding any claim.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any corporate disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
